• Account & demo information — name, work email, phone, company, country, role, and use case when you book a demo, request information, or sign up for an account.

• Customer content — when your organization is a Swiftex customer, the lead and conversation data you instruct us to process on your behalf, governed by your contract and our Data Processing Agreement.

• Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referrer, timestamps, and similar telemetry.

3. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Swiftex platform and website.
• To respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and provide customer support.
• To send transactional and service-related communications.
• To send marketing communications about Swiftex products, where permitted by law and your preferences.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security risks, and policy violations.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
