How is Swiftex priced? +

Consumption-based and scoped to your funnel. AI services meter on the best-fit unit — tokens for Conversation Intelligence, conversations for Transcript Analytics, queries for Swiftex Sense. WhatsApp messaging passes through at Meta BSP actuals plus a small platform margin. Platform, seats, dashboards and support are included in a base fee. Rate cards are finalised jointly based on volume forecasts.

Why don’t you publish a price list? +

Volumes drive unit economics. A marketplace doing 200k CTWA conversations has very different rate needs to a bank doing 5k high-value voice calls. A public price list would either punish scaled customers or under-serve smaller ones. We scope together, publish a rate card to you, and hold it for the contract term.

What drives the AI services rate? +

Three things: the unit of work (token / conversation / query), the deployment (multi-tenant vs private VPC vs on-prem), and the committed volume. Higher commitment = lower unit rate.

How is WhatsApp messaging billed? +

Per message, split by category. Business-initiated template messages bill at Meta’s category rate (utility, marketing, authentication). Customer-initiated session messages inside the 24-hour window bill at a lower rate. Both pass through at Meta actuals plus a small platform margin to cover BSP operations.

Is there a pilot? +

Yes — 4-week scoped pilots with written success metrics. If we don’t hit the agreed response-time, qualification or booking metrics, you don’t pay the platform fee for the pilot period.

Do you charge per seat? +

No. Humans are unlimited. Only AI workloads are metered.

How long does scoping take? +
